Launch of GeoDubai at Cityscape:
Dubai Municipality has participated in Cityscape exhibition 2018 in the period 2-4 October at Dubai World Trade Center, to support the real estate environment in Dubai, and to assert its efforts as a service department and its role in meeting the needs of the community.
Dubai Municipality's Director General, Dawood Al Hajri, and a number of municipal officials were the receiving party of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council. Engineer Maryam Al Muhairi, Director of GIS Center, has launched the GeoDubai project, which is an initiative to organize and facilitate geo-engineering procedures in the Emirate of Dubai, starting with the engineering planning of the project in the emirate, then sending notices to the government service departments, and ending with a 3D geometric geospatial map of the Emirate of Dubai.
