The geospatial addressing system “Makani Units" is an advanced stage of the addressing system currently used in the emirate, which directs the user to the entrance level of the building and inferring the unit through an innovative, simplified and not repeated code that is electronically linked to the existing addressing system. The unified code will represent the customer's information with all government and service entities in the emirate for various purposes such as decision-making, follow-up, monitoring and inspection, data management and sharing. A plate containing the unified code will be installed at the entrance to each unit inside all buildings in the Emirate like apartments, offices and shops..etc. It is important to mention that the unit addressing system aims at simplifying accessing the units, especially in emergencies and crises, to be used by all vital entities in the emirate
